✨Sweet & Spicy Stir fry✨

We received this amazing Peach Cider Vinegar (thank you @freshpressfarms 🥰🍑) and we wanted to try to do something other than a salad. So with a few ingredients we had already at home & some beautiful baby bok choy from the farmers market, we made chicken & peach stir fry. Maybe not your usual stir fry, but if you love sweet, sour, & a bit of spice, you’ll love this.

It comes together like a lot of stir fry recipes but the Peach Cider Vinegar really added great flavor and if you also use Fresh Press Farms EV Peanut Oil, that adds to it even more.

❗️Fresh Press Farms is now at Publix, so it’s easy to pick up the next time you’re there!

✨The Cruise Globe✨

If you’re a fan of cruising, maps, & all the details of where you’ve traveled, you have to check out The Cruise Globe! It has been so fun to see our stats of days & miles cruised and on which cruise lines. Clearly we are super loyal to Crystal cruises as that’s our only cruise line. But it had also shown us, we need to keep adding to the totals of days & miles! 😁🚢

It was started by one of our favorite cruise blogger @emmacruises and her friends from @thecruisemaps so if you have a cruise that’s special to you, they will make a print of it. Such a great way to remember a trip ~ we’re definitely planning to get one of our cruise coming up this summer. (On Crystal of course 🥰🗺️)

✨Old Vines at Mercato✨

What took us so long?! So happy we finally tried Old Vines Naples at Mercato!

It’s casual, but elevated with an amazing selection of wines, craft cocktails, and delicious food. This time we went with a few small plates to see what they were all about.

Here’s a bit of what we tried ~
✨Foie gras torchon with glazed pear, graham cracker crumble, & house made brioche
✨Mushroom toast ~ SMF marinated mushrooms with pesto, garlic ricottas, & sourdough
✨Gulf shrimp with harissa marinade, white beans, & parsley garlic purée
✨Banoffee trifle with brown butter cake, white chocolate ganache, & caramelized banana

Every bite was so yummy, we can’t wait to go back to try more!

We had another great class with Matty ~ GBBO winner in 2023 ☺️ He was just as helpful & kind for this class as the last one ~ which was good because we had lots of questions this time 😆

This time we made ~
📸 Olive Oil & Pistachio Cake with Pistachio Chantilly Cream ~ making it with Fresh Press Farms Olive Oil made it so yummy!

✨Hazelnut Torte with Nutella Chantilly Cream (didn’t make it for pictures 😁) using mascarpone in the chantilly cream is amazing 🥰
